ネクタリン（実が沢山なっています）、ヤポンノキ（耐寒性マテ）、お茶、ビワ（寒すぎて殆ど実がなりませんが）、猿梨、多年草ブロッコリー、オリーブ（実る事は無いです）、山葵、キクイモ、ヤコンなどです。
ポリハウスのフレームになっているPVCパイプはポリエチレンと化学反応をおこさない様にペンキでコーティングされています。床にはシートマルチとして、捨てられていたカーペットを敷いています。裏側に敷くので帚で掃除もしやすいです。両側にドアがあり温度を手で調節します（天気によっては大変なときもあります）。また受粉してくれる虫達を誘う為にも開けたりします。アクセスしやすくする為にゾーン （キッチン、アロハロッジ）のすぐ側に配置されています。

Little by little, the garden beds are filling up with starts. Here C8 plants an urban population of peas under a newly built trellis. Gardening is awesome because you get to be creative and artistic while being practical.

Establishing a new hive. Sam and Simon prepare to release a hive Sam got from another euroma due island. This setup is elevated from the ground to keep the hive protected from ants. The legs of the frame are covered in Tangle Foot. The pond-liner keeps the grass from growing, eliminating potential bridges for the ants. Under the metal bowl is sugar water to feed the bees.
